The best format for post-processing is .STEP. In another case, it is possible to send data in .STL format, but it is necessary to ensure high quality export. In case you do not know how to get these formats, we will be happy to guide you how to get it from your CAD program.

Even though as a company we focus on the serial production of plastic parts, we are also happy to accommodate you with a smaller project of one part.

It is possible, but we do not recommend printing threads. It is mechanically more advantageous to "create" the threads by inserting threaded inserts, where we use two types. Fusible and self-cutting inserts. If the thread is not under more stress, it is better to cut it into a pre-printed hole. 

We currently have machines with a printing surface size of 500x500x500mm. This size of the printing surface already offers a large scope. If even this is not enough, it is possible to divide the model and then weld it, so that even much larger products can be created. 

As part of our production, we guarantee the tolerance standard DIN ISO 2768-1, class C. In order to comply with higher tolerance standards, a specific case consultation is required.
